Woodford Garden Village is an innovative new development in the heart of Cheshire. Based at the historic former aerodrome at Woodford, the development lies in close proximity to Wilmslow, Poynton and Bramhall, and is within commuting distance of Central Manchester.

We have worked with Redrow on their Premium house types and Central London schemes. Redrow pride themselves on offering a first class build with quality materials. Redrow’s regional offices mirror the PCS branch network which means we can offer a superb service to site. We assist them on introducing new products that enter the marketplace so that they are up-to-date with current trends.

The specification on this site includes Villeroy & Boch O Novo WC’s with Architectura Basins, and Vado brassware and showers. Redrow offer this specification to Premium house types. The Premium ranges are Redrow’s Flagship house types offering Luxury and style to a high Level, aimed at a Premium price point.

This is an ongoing site, and will be built in phases over the next 8 years. All deliveries are scheduled into 1st, 2nd and 3rd fix to assist the plumbing contractor and minimise any damages on site.
